FLUXCARE is a potent, broad-spectrum antibacterial solution designed to
treat bacterial, mycoplasmal, and protozoal infections in poultry. The combination
of lincomycin, trimethoprim, sulfamethoxazole, and colistin sulfate ensures synergistic
action against both gram-positive and gram-negative pathogens, improving
therapeutic outcomes. Lincomycin: Bacteriostatic against gram-positive bacteria
including Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Corynebacterium spp.,
Clostridium spp., Bacteroides spp., and Mycoplasma spp., by inhibiting protein
synthesis at the 50S ribosomal subunit. Colistin sulfate: Bactericidal against
gram-negative bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella spp., Pseudomonas
aeruginosa, Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., and Pasteurella spp.,
disrupting bacterial cell membrane integrity. Sulfamethoxazole & Trimethoprim:
Potentiated sulfonamide combination inhibiting folic acid synthesis, effective against
a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
