TRIMOSUL 400

TRIMOSUL 400 is a potent antibacterial oral suspension combining
trimethoprim and sulfadiazine. Trimethoprim is bacteriostatic against
a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, while sulfadiazine
is a sulfonamide antibiotic with bacteriostatic activity. Together as a
“potentiated sulfa,” they act synergistically to provide bactericidal
activity against many pathogens, offering broadspectrum efficacy for poultry.
